[FIXED] [Death Knight][Unholy] Outbreak & Virulent Plague refresh vs multiple death knights.

Whenever there are multiple UDK's (Unholy Death Knight) in the same party, there is an issue where whoever casts his/her Outbreak (ID: 77575) first during an encounter, will have their Virulent Plague (ID:191587) refreshed every time that any other UDK in the group casts outbreak. Essentially meaning that one of the DK's in the group can cast outbreak once in an entire fight without losing their virulent plauge off the target if the other dk's are refreshing their own DoT's.

Guide to reproduce this issue:
-You will require a minimun of 2 Unholy Death Knights.-

First: The DK you wish to reproduce the bug with needs to cast Outbreak first on a target that is unnafected by any outbreaks or virulent plagues.
Second: Have the 2nd death knight cast their outbreak during any time while the first dk's virulent plague is active.
Third: Observe how the first DK's virulent plague will be refreshed by the 2nd dk's outbreak.

As further proof, this is an example of a 3minutes and 50s fight, with one of the DK's benefiting from the bug:
First SS, the dk affected by the issue:

4 total Outbreak casts with a near 100% uptime on the dbuff.

Second SS, the dk that refreshed the first dk's dbuff:

19 total Outbreaks with 90% uptime.
