[FIXED] [Demon Hunter] Eye Beam leech delay

Bug description: The leech provided by the damage of this ability is healing you consistently on freakz, on retail it happens in 2 bursts, one at about 1/2 of the cast, the other at the end as you can see in the video provided. I am unsure if this is an anti lagg measure or an intended mechanic, I would assume its an intended mechanic to prevent demon hunters with the legendary helmet from soloing entire packs in dungeons.
