[FIXED] [Demon Hunter][Havoc] Chaos Strike & Blade Dance

WoW Freakz spell link: Chaos Strike [#162794], Blade Dance [#188499]
Bug description: These 2 spells should deal damage multiple times throughout the cast (like rampage for fury warriors), but instead they deal all the damage instantly (also with talent First Blood [#206416], it also deals damage instantly however i'm not too sure how its supposed to actually work)
Proof: easily tested

Not specific to only some spells, more like a new under the hood mechanic ( i just found out the how to extract the needed data to make the timing work, and will fix soon every similar spells; there are 100+ affected). Not closing just yet, will need feedback after I apply it (will announce when it is live)
