Bug description:

1. Should do 85% Weapon Damage, blizz nerf to 50% when put 100% proc chance, reverted that and also nerf to 50% on 7.3, on 7.2.5 should be 85% !
2. Should generate 12-20 fury not 11-20 !

Proof: EVEN in our database at last changelog show 85% weapon damage and 12-20 !

Confirmed, the latest build states 85% Weapon Damage (as Shadow) and 12-20 Fury gain.
