Bug description: You should either drop the flag when you cast Netherwalk or you shouldn't be able to cast it if you are carrying the flag (you can see the comments from the wowhead link)
Proof: Here are the Flag Debuffs which are not applied when you are carrying the flag https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=23335 (wowhead link)
