[FIXED] [Demon Hunter]Permanent Metamorphosis using the Demonic Talent

Bug description: Extends the duration of Metamorphosis before the 8 seconds have expired, leading to a permanent metamorphosis combined with the legendary head in large scale aoe situations, it should not extend the buff and not proc demonic at all until the originial 8 seconds have expired, upon the expiration demonic may grant the 8 second metamorphosis again, this was changed on january 17th in a hotfix.
As you can see on the askmrrobot link provided this shouldn't happen, also the Metamorphosis duration should be extended by the cast time of Eye beam + 8 seconds
