It worked well in the first video, procced when you were in Metamorphosis form - you can see by the debuff you receive when you hit 50% HP. Also, you missread the talent, it's supposed to refresh Metamorphosis DURATION to 6s not the CD. This part of the talent however doesn't work. Here's proof of it not refreshing to 6s - I will confirm this report only because of this interaction. The 2nd video is interesting, if this keeps happening to you try to figure out what triggers it and then make another report about that.
