[FIXED] "Derelict Skyhorn Kite" doesn't drop anywhere (PTR Legion)

This "Derelict Skyhorn Kite" is a piece of a legion toy with 3 other components forming "Skyhorn Kite".

You can get the other 3 pieces of the toy in game from each respective place, but you can't get "Derelict Skyhorn Kite" because the treasure chest in which is supposed to be is missing.
