Bug description: Solar Beam should have priority over any other spell. So when you're using Solar Beam while casting a spell, that spell you were casting will be interrupted by default.

Ah, I made a general fix for interrupt effects back in a while, but Solar Beam is implemented a bit differently by blizzard, so my check didn't quite get it. Will fix it soon
