Bug description: If you use Celestial Alignment after a solar eclipse you should still have hurricane and if you use Celestial Alignment after a lunar eclipse you should have astral storm. The bug is even if you use Celestial Alignment during a solar eclipse / after a solar eclipse you will still get Astral storm instead of Hurricane.
