WoW Freakz spell link: Stellar Drift
Bug description: Stellar Drift disappears immediately after applying Starfall to the area where there is one.

The problem is not Stellar Drift, it works in PvE, PvP. But when you're using Celestial Downpour(Honor talent)+Stellar Drift in world PvP, Arenas, Bgs and the first Starfall is overlapped with second, it doesn't apply Stellar Drift anymore.
