Bug description: If we looking here https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=84871 it's say a 30 sec cd on ravage, but as you can see down here you can use it twice in 30 sec, or more. The problem is from internal cd i think.

Confirm. The countdown for the next !Ravage starts from the moment when you get Stampede and it should start in the moment when you used that proc. So if you have a !Ravage proc and you use it after 29 seconds after you got it, in the next second you will get another Ravage free.

4p PVP bonus should start its cd after using the free ravage, not from when it first procced.
