[FIXED] [Druid][Feral] Ashamane's Rip

Bug description: Ashamane's Rip artefact trait sometimes does very little ticking damage. It seems to be RNG based since sometimes it works sometimes not. I say it's RNG based because i have no way to test whether or not it's RNG or a direct cause.

Managed in just 3 procs and yes i reproduced it. Again, i have no idea how or why it happens. And by the way, it's not a visual-thing only. The lesser damage is legit.

Really strange, I tested a lot on feral and never saw something like that. What is your character's name?

I tested now on a troll druid and it did happen once, Ashamane's Rip did dmg equal to 1 CP Rip. It may be caused by overlapping the Ashamane's Rip on the target but not always.
