[FIXED] [Druid][Feral] Earthen Grasp

Entangling Roots is no longer dispellable, reduces the target's chance to hit by 80% but now has a 10 sec coooldown. The cooldown ingame is 15 seconds, not 10.

Confirmed, the cooldown of Entangling roots while been affected by Earthen Grasp is increased by 50% incorrectly.

After further research and help from other members of the community (see link below), the cd of the spell is meant to be that of 15s as of the last legion pvp season update.

As such the fix will be reverted to accomodate its meant behaviour.
