[FIXED] [Druid][Feral][Guardian]Weapon damage in cat form/bearform

Bug description:
Let's set the definitions straight first:
Wmin = minim weapon damage when you mouseover the weapon
Wmax = Max weapon damage when you mouseover the weapon
Wspeed = Weapon speed when you mouseover the weapon
AP = Attack Power when you are shapeshifted
M = Multiplier -> for Catform is 2, for bear is 2.5 (the 2.5 on bear comes from setting the attack speed on 2.5 seconds when shapeshifting to bear, On catform the attack speed is set to 1 but the damage should be increased by 100%, therefor the multiplier is 2)
On Cata it didn't increase autoattack damage by 100%, the weapon damage was normalized to the basic 1s speed.
The formula for the min/max damage on the char sheet, in cat form was: [Wmin/Wspeed+ap/14]*M to [Wmax/Wspeed+ap/14]*M where:
M=1 for catform since there was no multiplier on Cata and
M=2.5 for Bear, explained above.

So, for MoP in the charsheet it should work like this:
- Cat Form [Wmin/Wspeed+ap/14]*2 to [Wmax/Wspeed+ap/14]*2
- Bear Form [Wmin/Wspeed+ap/14]*2.5 to [Wmax/Wspeed+ap/14]*2.5

At the moment the dmg in charsheet for cat is wrong, ignoring the 100% increase (the x2 multiplier)
I have a weapon with 10194-15291 dmg, 3.60 speed and 24976 AP. Now i have in my charsheet 4615-6031.
Translating into the MoP formula I should have [10194/3.6+24976/14]*2 to [15291/3.6+24976/14]*2 -> 9230 to 12062

With same stats, for Bear it should be like this: [10194/3.6+24976/14]*2.5 to [15291/3.6+24976/14]*2.5 -> 11537.5 to 15078.75
Now it's calculated a bit strange, but i believe that the multiplier isn't applied to the AP gain to the min/max dmg, being a formula like (Wmin/wspeed)*2.5+ap/14 which is wrong.

This has a GREAT impact to Cat and Bear abilities that use %Weapon Damage in the formula, like Mangle, Shred, Ravage, Maul, Swipe etc. making the feral spec viable for dps.
Proof:
For the values presented below you can see that the formula mentioned above matches the exact numbers:
Min/Max weapon -> 27797-41698
Weapon Speed 3.3
AP 62576 -> translated into 4469.7 increase to weapon (ap/14)

Therefore, applying the formula above we have for cat form (27797/3.3+62576/14)*2 to (41698/3.3+62576/14)*2 => (8423.3+4469.7)*2 to (12635.75+4469.7)*2 => 25786 to 34210.91

Fixed, there should be a huge damage boost to ferals now (~double damage)
