Hai ca explic eu unde e bugul. In human form nu iei heal de la frenzied regeneration , insa daca reintrii in bear primesti. Normal este ca atunci cand iesi din bear debufful sa dispare si chiar daca ai reintra in bear sa nu mai primesti heal.
Debufful nu dispare cand iesi din bear.

Inainte sa postez am testat pe charul de pe retail, deci nu vorbesc din povesti. Poate s-a modificat intre timp, desi ma indoiesc. Verificati changelogs, eu sunt pe telefon.
