Bug description:
1. After Barkskin fades you should get a Savage Defense buff for 3 seconds. This should NOT consume any of the Savage Defense charges or rage and can happen even if you are not in bear form. If you already have a Savage Defense on you than it should extend the duration of that Savage Defense with 3 seconds. Source (wowhead link)

2. After Barkskin fades you should get a Frenzied Regeneration as if it would be used with 20 rage. This should not be using any rage and can occur in any forms.

Also, the t16 2p bonus should occur even if you remove your barkskin buff before it expires.
