Bug description: you don't get the 25% damage increase, the leech is working

in first image without rage of the sleeper buff mangle did 102.740 damage
in second image with buff up it did only 95.489 , the fluctuation is ok because mangle is physical damage but there is no damage increase in rage of the sleeper
