[FIXED] [Druid][Guardian] Symbiosis vs. Ice Trap and Consecration

for [Consecration] i couldn't find the real link because the CD is 9 sec and druids one is not.


for these 2 spell i tested the druid change from bear to human form and then casting. but its for guardian and it wont be useful if it must be cast in human form
it was usable in bear form before fixes.

Initial nu am prea inteles la ce se refera baiatul acesta, dar treaba sta in felul urmator, daca esti druid guardian si dai symbiosis pe paladin tu ca druid primesti consacration, teoretic ar trebui sa poti casta consacration-ul din bear form dar la noi pe server te scoate in human form rezulta ca abilitatea asta e inutila, nu ai cum sa o folosesti ca si tank. Acum ceva timp mergea bine.

I need some proof that this is how it worked on blizz. I know it's basic logic but wee need proof for this one.
Before, consecration didnt work, it did no dmg, it was only casted with no visual. Now i see that it has a visual, i can`t remember if it does dmg also. This might be the change that affected the spell and makes you leave bearform to cast it.

Confirmed: symbiosis gained spells on the guardian druid should be castable in bear form. The ones that don't do that at the moment are consecration and hunter's ice trap.
