After the recent fix, when rip disappear from target, the buff disappear as well, even if you have 15 seconds left.

The tooltip says that for each target you have rip active on. If you had it on 1, it fades, do you expect to keep the buff?
You'll have 4% increase for each target that CURRENTLY has your rip active on. Please provide proof that it should be otherwise

Well idk feel strange cuz i have like 3 stacks with bleeds on 2 people , 1 bleed drop and 1 stack drop as well, as long as i know as soon as u get 3 stacks of rip is pretty much impossible to lose them, only if u dont use rip anymore.

There is a proof that buff should disapper when your rip disapper from target. = 7:00

He has only one rip (on lock) when it disapper he still has stack of king of the jungle.
Btw u can see there why u have 3 stacks on King of the jungle with only 2 active RIP's cuz when u refresh your rip again (even on same target) u gain stack.
But the thing is, i just tested it on dummy and it works like it should (in video)

Edit: Tested it one more time now, and looks like when RIP end's u lose stack, but not always. Seems buggy a bit.

found this while i was testing, had 2 target but 3 stacks ..im going to confirm it as a bug that needs to be fixed
