Descrierea bugului / Bug description: @Shoker requested feedback, I guess "Check and see how it is now"; Lifebloom's final bloom doesn't scale according to spell power.

print 1: 1 Lifebloom - 159 Spell Power; final tick = 2352
print 2: 2 Lifebloom - 159 Spell Power; final tick = 4649
print 3: 3 Lifebloom - 159 Spell Power; final tick = 6947
print 4: 1 Lifebloom - 10532 Spell Power; final tick = 6016
print 5: 2 Lifebloom - 10532 Spell Power; final tick = 8313
print 6: 3 Lifebloom - 10532 Spell Power; final tick = 10611

159 Spell Power - Final Bloom
3 Lifebloom - 2 Lifebloom = 2298
2 Lifebloom - 1 Lifebloom = 2297
10532 Spell Power - Final Bloom
3 Lifebloom - 2 Lifebloom = 2298
2 Lifebloom - 1 Lifebloom = 2297

I made some errors while fixing lifebloom yesterday, should be ok now, please retest
