[FIXED] [Druid][Restoration]Abundance dissapearing

Bug description: - you apply rejuv + gemi
- you extend them by re-applying them { +5 s }
- at the end of extension { 5 sec remaining , abudance buff is gone }
-even if u re-apply both buffs u still didnt get abundance even if u do it trilion times , you must wait untill they are gone and then re-hot

You should have abundance buff for whole duration of both gemi and rejuv hots


this is serious issue for m+ rdruids.
