Bug description: So, when u equip the finger, and u goto cat form, ur energy starts regening from 100 to 200,and resets everytime when u recast cat form. instead it should be 200 when u goto cat form.(assuming it has regened to full while u were out of cat form)

Confirmed, and not just for Restoration, Chatoyant Signet is halving the current energy to half when shapeshifting if over 100 energy.
