Bug description: Rejuvenation (Germination) doesn't trigger Cultivation.

Confirmed. Cultivation should indeed proc once either from Rejuvenation or Germination.
Currently only procs from Rejuvenation. If Rejuvenation ends, Cultivation should remain on target as long as Germination is present.
