Character name: Umbro
Bug description: Typhoon ignores the bubble effect from the keeper of the grove talent and interrupts channeling tranquility. You can see in the retail vid below that typhoon doesn't actually interrupt tranquility. Also, there's a delay in applying the immunity, sometimes I cast tranqulity at low health and I still die and get a cooldown on the spell. Same bug with pala bubble and hunter's deterrence.

Also happens from ring of peace. Basically it doesn't provide immunity to knockback effects.

So apparently Ring of peace can interrupt it on retail, but typhoon shouldn't. Confirmed upsteam https://f******-servers.com/en/report/see_report/110317
