Bug description: There is an issue right now with Ravenous frenzy stacks, I believe that here on FREAKZ there is a internal CD on the stacks accumulation, since you can t get more than one per second. I have tried multiple times and never got above 15 stacks. It is either a internal CD problem or a global CD problem. I consider this bug being gamebreaking since we are losing on loads of damage.
