[FIXED] [EOA] Stormwake Hydra - Missing the "Vile Blood" buff

This buff should be applied by default to every **"Stormwake Hydra"**, currently on EOA only 1 Hydra has this debuff.

Probably there are other Hydras with the debuff missing this was just an example.

This "missing buff" is making these Hydra's facetankable even in high keys saving a lot of time.
