[FIXED] [EOA] Tornados despawn after 2nd boss

After killing the second boss, some tornados are not despawning keeping the party in combat. In order to leave the combat people have to run into these tornados losing time overall.

After killing Lady Hatecoil everything regarding the 2nd boss should despawn
