[FIXED] [Enchanting] Maelstrom Cystal @ Disenchant

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: La Disenchant la iteme epice despre care pe WoWhead scrie ca dau 1-2 Maelstrom Crystal pica doar unul singur, chiar si cu guild perk. Cred ca este o problema cu toate abilitatile gen milling, disenchanting, skinning, etc.
Dovada / Proof: Nu mai am destule epice sa aduc si dovezi.

Posibil ca rata sa pice 2 maelstrom sa fie 0.001 acuma, inainte la 2-3 iteme gaseai 2 maelstroms la disenchant..Sunt multe probleme importante gen crash non-stop la server din cauza ICC-ului presupun si mai ales exploits and other shits..o sa treaca ceva timp pana o sa se rezolve problemele astea.

Ne dam si noi seama ca rata la 2xMaelstrom Crystal e foarte aproape de zero dar crashurile cred ca sunt din cauza fixurilor continue care se aplica doar cand serverul e offline.

Deci, in mod normal, ar trebui sa fie aproximativ 50% sanse sa pice 2x Maelstrom Crystal la epicele 360+ si la cele sub 360 100% sa pice doar unul. (nu am adaugat si perkul)

Da m-am documentat putin si impreuna cu https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=83966 (wowhead link) ar trebui sa pice cate 3-4 maelstroms.

Tipul asta explica frumos aici cum ar trebui sa mearga si cu bountiful bags.Casuta kos, poate poti pune tu sansa de 40% pt drop de 2x la maelstrom crystals, ca dupa ce ca nu avem decat trashu sa dam d/e nu prea mai avem de unde.Perkul la guild nu cred ca va functiona prea curand..and so on sau se vrea sa fie x 0.1% chance to drop gold 3x, nu pica gold pe mobi..deci doar daily quests raman si bosii din raids.

I've never seen any item I disenchanted droping more then 1 crystal since the update.

Confirm...am dat disenchant la toate itemele vicious si de balance si de resto si de feral (care le aveam de pe 4.0.6) si numai cate un crystal din fiecare. Mentionez ca am si guild perk.

@items now drop 1 - 2 maelstrom crystals, as for the perk, wait for it to be fixed
