[FIXED] [EoA] Wandering Shellback's Spiked Carapace

[Wandering Shellbacks](https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=91785&name=wandering-shellback) in EOA do not use [Spiked Carapace](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=195103&name=spiked-carapace) below 50% HP. Not sure on the retail % value (if there is one) but its surely above 50%.

) one of the turtles uses the shield at ~70% hp.

) (on Freakz) the turtles use the spell immediately after reaching 50% but never above that % HP value.

Also they never use the ability again after the first cast, even though they should be able to (a 2nd shell cast from the same turtle can be seen in the video linked above)
