[Dribbling Inkpod](https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=169319&name=dribbling-inkpod) will continue to proc on enemies under 30% health which is a highly positive bug as the damage should stop.

Reference to Mighty's comment: as you can see in the video, under 30%, the trinket will instantly damage the target, it will not add anymore stacks because the "stacks" get instantly popped so the visual doesn't exist anymore. The trinket should not do any damage, apply stacks or work on enemies under 30%, only do its damage once as per the tooltip.
