Bug description: It does not increase healing and it should.

yea i think it does not too, im ilvl 876 with 9% increase healing. but same heal with monk with 35 trait or bellow.. the diffrent jst bcs equip. i already find another issue about this on google but cant find

I got a simulair isue but not only that it does not increase also now that I added 11 traits it did not go up with the % it should. which I sent a ticket for regarding that isue. after that I placed a new trait on it 12* Which added the % the 11th trait had to do.
Made a new ticket and here I am now reporting the isue as so asked.

FIXED. Last time i added a point it increased healing properly so i assume this is fixed now. TY GM's Party
