Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Chiar daca ai Stampede activat nu poti da Ravage pentru ca ,,nu esti in stealth". Talentul insa te lasa sa dai Ravage fara a fi in stealth ,,your next Ravage will temporarily not require stealth for 10 seconds after you use Feral Charge (Cat), and cost
100% less energy"

Merge bine partial, problema este ca are momente cand ramane blocat ca si https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=16864 (wowhead link) , care e bug de pe wotlk , insa nu am reusit sa reproduc sa vad cand exact si dc se buguieste. Iti apare ca il poti folosii , il spamezi si nu se intampla nimic, la fel ca si clearcasting, care desi il ai procuit, iti zice not enough energy, desi tu ai buff pe tine....

Din cate imi dau seama, bug-ul la stampede (si la omen of clarity) apare daca incerci sa dai o abilitate dar nu poti, din diferite motive (spre exemplu nu esti in spatele tintei, la ravage sau shred, etc). Daca incerci sa o dai, si nu reusesti (primesti mesaj: Must be behind target), proc-ul de stampede (si de Omen) se consuma, desi abilitatea nu s-a declansat (el ramane la buff-uri dar nu mai are nici un efect).

Confirm bugul.
Am observat ca doar daca dau charge din spate merge cum ar trebui,adica nu consuma energy.Daca dau charge din fata si trec in spatele targetului , desi am procul activat dau ravage cu energy consumat.

Procul cu omen of clarity nu stiam ca nu merge dar Ravage am observat ca in multe cazuri nu merge dupa ce folosesti feral charge. Spamam si nu se intampla nimic!
