WoW Freakz spell link: Controlled Burn

Character name: Redelfy

Bug description: Controlled burn, does not work 100% on dummys and players. Dummys get ignited only when they are agro or [living bomb]/[metheor] burns are applied. Controlled burn should make ignite way faster, but it still slow, only one thing changes right now and its tics.

That's not an issue related Controlled Burn but a general one about dummies' combat timer. They shouldn't leave combat that quick but continue to keep it for at least 8-10 seconds.
Actually, you can test your DPS on dummies by asking another player to attack the same dummy until you're done.

Anyway, you are right about Controlled burn on players. It doesn't increase Ignite's tick speed(all your Ignite damage is done in half the time).

Like mentioned before, don't test stuff in org/sw dummies instead do it in Zuldazar or Boralus and even there be careful on which ones because some are PvP and some are PvE so results might be different depending on what are you testing for.

And report wise yes you are correct Controlled burn isn't working properly the tooltip of ignite seems to get altered properly but nothing changes beside that ignite doesn't spread to other targets and how it should work it should deal its full damage 100% faster which it isn't doing currently, it still does its damage in 9 seconds with 9 ticks.
