[FIXED] [General] Areatriggers' size do not match actual visual (Spirit Link, PW: Barrier, etc)

Bug description: PW:Barrier and Spirit Link are much wider than they should be and even the targets that are outside can benefit of the effects
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/oeXC0Qu . I only have a print screen for PW:Barrier but its the same for Spirit Link

Tested this and confirmed that the spells do infact have a slightly larger radius than intended.



As you can see, the target outside the pw: barrier range indicator is getting the damage reduction aura. It works the same way for spirit link on shamans.

[Quicksand]

This affected every single areatrigger in the game (previously we checked if you were in the radius using your selection circle => if your selection circle barely touched the visual from the client, you'd already be considered as "in the area". this is now changed to require that you actually be inside the visual for it to count).

So I'll mark this as fixed, but not renamed the topic to offer more clarity.
