Bug description: Every time I switch between Guardian/another spec, my health gradually goes down with each switch. I've included a video of the first switch as well as screenshots of more.
It might do this with other stats, but I'm not sure.

After getting to 1035k health, further switching had no extra effect.

First of all, not druid bug, but artifact (when it adds the bonuses, it messes up your health)
Secondly, stop using tags like important, or must fix or things like that. Let us decide the priority of the bug

Third, confirmed, known issue, will fix it soon.
