[FIXED] [General] Auto attack range vs melee spells range

Bug description: Auto attack range is slightly bigger than melee spell range.

I used addon RangeDisplay to show range to the target. As you can see my auto attack hit at range 5-6 yds and my spells with melee range(0-5 yds) were out of range. I was also being hit by mob and it wouldnt move closer. This is really annoying for tanks especially blood dk on movement heavy fights, because there might be a point where boss stops out of your melee spells range(e.g. Death Strike) and it keeps hitting you, but you cannot heal yourself until you move back to boss.

This doesn't happen all the time, but its still possible. To reproduce that you can pull a mob and move back slightly until you get out of range of your melee spells.

Ye,melee spells should have the same range as auto attack,it isn't that auto attack range is bigger,the problem is that spells don't have big enough range. Trello Card.
