[FIXED] Hallowed Helm & Sinister Squashling droprate

Sinister Squashling and Hallowed Helm currently drops only from Headless Horseman (8% according to item finder). Now.. It should drop from both Treat Bag and Crudely Wrapped Gift.

According to Wowhead, both items have ~7% droprate from Headless Horseman. Here, it is increased only by one percent - up to 8%. Now, there is a quite big difference between 8% per day and 7% per day PLUS 5-20% per day (daily quest in villages) PLUS 5-20% every hour from Treat Bag.

.... rates differ drastically here, blizzard has its own rates, requesting a -1% drop chance is simply waste of time
