[FIXED] Halls of Valor - Stormforged Sentinel moving in Charge Pulse cast

WoW Freakz link: Stormforged Sentinel
Bug description: If whoever has aggro of Stormforged Sentinel move away from it during Charged Pulse cast, the mob will move and follow that person, who will get hit by Charged Pulse, although the visuals are in the same place as the beginning of the cast.

Proof: I didn't record it, but it happened both in RDF hc and m+ today. The following video shows that the mob shouldn't move at all during Charged Pulse cast.

It happens on any difficulty, sentinel following you during Charged Pulse and even if you get out from his spell, it still damage you.
