[FIXED] [HoV] Hyrja: Arcing Bolt incorrect jump/cleave range

Description: Arcing Bolts 'jump' or cleave range is too high. On Freakz the spell is jumping towards nearby player within 10 yards. On Retail this range is way shorter. I could not find a exact number but from several videos I am pretty sure that its jump range is 5 yards. Since the ability is coming right after the Eye of the Storm in which you already take heavy damage, you need to have at least 2-3 people with blink abilitys to avoid the jump/cleave. This incorrect range is making this boss incredible hard.
