WoW Freakz spell link: -
Bug description: Using a macro with an attack skill like A Murder of Crows or Kill Command will completely stomp the /stopattack part, bugging it out and causing your charachter to shoot the target even after de-targeting it. Furthermore, autoshot triggers whenever you target any enemy monster/player, up until you manully (by right clicking) trigget the autoshot.
Proof: -

P.S. /stopcasting causes the same problem.

Try using your ESC key instead of using a macro to stop your attack. Never have I encountered that clicking a target will randomly start shooting at it.

I'm not talking about problems with stopping auto shot, but about dedicated (pvp oriented) macros. Try casting A Murder of Crows/Black Arrow on a scatter/trapped target, it will instantly trigger an auto shot wich will break any cc before any dot ticks. Another example is for BM hunters to upkeep Separation Anxiety, you can't Kill Command on a target w/o triggering an auto shot on it, the only way is to turn away from a target wich is wonky as hell.

Oh, I see what you're saying. Auto Shot always triggers when you cast a spell.

Hello Guys,

I might not understand the issue that you're talking about correctly , but isn't that what Auto Shot is supposed to do ?
I posted below a video on retail with the situation that I understood, I repeat...maybe I got this wrong. The environment is not PVP, but I think the same rules apply.

I forgot to edit my last comment after realizing what he was talking about. I misunderstood, sadly.
After watching some videos from retail, I reached to a conclusion. If you use a CC method(such as Scatter/trap), your Auto shot will always proc right before a casted(even if it's from a macro or normal) spell. It's completely normal.

Hello! To avoid any further misunderstandments, could I ask you to do the following on retail:
Set pets to passive and create next macro:

/stopattack
/cast A Murder of Crows
/stopattack

use it on a trapped target/dummy, and post the video of it here. The problem on Freakz is that with such macro you won't stop autoattacking the target even after you un-target it.

I am not allowed to move this Topic to confirmed due to my past mistakes that I made towards this forum, but I am sure that another class mod/helper will have a look and decide if the situation is worthy of taking it further.
Hope I was of some help.

Many thanks mate! I'd like a mod to notice that at freakz autoattack won't stop even after de-targeting/pressing ESC key or anything.

Hello ktoto666,

Thank you for your interest regarding the server's well being, to keep everything as close to the retail version as possible so the players can have an authentic feeling.
After the discussions that were held here, and testing what is all about, I moved this topic to Confirmed.
Also, please keep in mind that whenever you post a bug, use links for the spell in cause and also proof, Example:

WoW Freakz spell link: https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=145759&&name=auto-shot
Proof: https://youtube.com/watch?v=BzgzhYMbuIU:

This helps a lot the staff for faster resolves. Again thank you very much, and enjoy playing on Freakz.com

@Quicksand: The example I posted here is the correct entry for this topic.
Proof of testing on Freakz.com is posted in the example, proof of testing on retail : Test on Retail - https://youtube.com/watch?v=Amxre42U-pc:
