[FIXED] [Hunter] Beast Mastery 4p bonus

Bug description: Before you start the fight at the begining of the pull you can have the 15% increase damage from the 4p bonus ..but if you are allready in a fight the 4p bonus is not working anymore .That's means if you are allready in encounter you don't have that 15% increase damage.
As you can see in video a normal shot of Cobra Shot is around 348,908 and my Bestial Wrath give me 48% increase damage.So the cobra shot damage with 4p bonus and bestial wrath should be 348.908 + 219.812 =568.720 where 219.812 is 63% from 348.908 (48% from BW +15% from 4p bonus).

You can see this guy have a aura called Bestial Rage where here on freakz is missing .Do you want also a video?
