[FIXED] [Hunter][Beast Mastery] Pet's special ability(Basic attack) has wrong calculation.

Bug description: Every pet has it's own special (basic attack): Bite/Claw, etc...On freakz it does way too low dmg and after comparing retail logs it seems like it doesnt scales correctly. At 874ilvl it does only 1/9 of my pets melee (11k avg non crit / 22k crit) and if you look at any logs of 874 hunter @ 7.1.5 their does 50-70% of total mains pet dmg (115k avg crit 54k non crit with 51% total dmg of the pet) - from random logs i'll link in a proof.

P.S. Atm BM pve is a joke, with 874ilvl and correct spec i'm doing around 280k ST in a medium-length fight ( My sim is 378k at 200sec with random gear/talents). So far its only bug i could find about the BM but i hope more will come as well, as currently spec is unviable.
