[FIXED] [Hunter] Eagle's Bite is being removed instead of being ignored

Bug description: Patch 7.1.5: "Player versus Player - Damage caused by Soul Rip, Shadow Nova, On the Trail, and Shadowy Apparition should no longer break control effects such as Polymorph or Freezing Trap."
Currently freezing trap removes the bleed instead of not breaking it(ignoring it).
It takes time to extend this bleed's duration on rogues so I can have a breath and know they wont vanish away. Its really important to keep the bleed on in pvp.

[Quicksand]

The mentioned spell will no longer break CCs like Poly, Blind, Sap, Freezing Trap, and will no longer be removed by these effects either.
