[FIXED] [Hunter][General] Focus Regeneration and Haste Effects

Bug description: Effects like Trueshot aren't increasing the focus regeneration. Every Haste buff in the game should, and every -haste% debuff should decrease it.

It's already explained here https://www.icy-veins.com/wow/marksmanship-hunter-pve-dps-rotation-cooldowns-abilities ( You should generally not cast more than 2 unless you will cap your Focus otherwise, which is very common with Haste buffs like Bloodlust and Trueshot Icon Trueshot. )

Hm, weird. I tried with several haste buffs, all of those work (bloodlust and such), and they increased focus regen, but you're right Trueshot does not. Will check it once again

It isn't my main class. You should better ask other players about this but i tested it and it works fine right now. However, i found again a problem that canceled my Auto Shot but i didn't checked exactly to see what stopped it again. I'll come with more info if i can find from what it behaves like this.

Base: 13.90% haste => 10 * (1 + haste/100) => 11.39 focus regen
With Trueshot: 53.90% haste => 15.39 focus regen
With Trueshot + Bloodlust: 83.90% haste => 18.39 focus regen.


Does this seem all right?

Well, i don't know exactly how old this is ( but i do know that it hasn't changed since then ) https://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/20752367166 , but it might be the correct regeneration formula.

I did it exactly like that.

Also, the guy fails at base math:
"Regen per Second
= 10*(1+22/100)
= 10*(1.22)
= 11.22 "

10 * 1.22 is not 11.22 by the rules of 3rd grade math. it's 12.2

Anyway, the fix will be live with the next restart, I made several tests, it follows the given formula perfectly, now affected by any type of haste. I'll mark this as fixed.
