Bug description: Marking Targets proc gets consumed without giving a marked shot proc if it procs while an Arcane Shot is flying towards the target.
Proof: Notice in the video how the proc disappears with Arcane Shot, but doesn't with Multi-Shot.

I have logged to forum in order to make this post myself; after the recent 2 fixes https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Hunter-MM-Marking-Targets-t493567.html / https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Hunter-Marksmanship-Marked-Shot-t490380.html 1 out of 3 arcane or multy shot proc the marked shot spell but is not applied on targets
