Bug description: In raid lots of players cry because when i use my artefact, they have fps drop/ verry low fps.
Proof: You can ask almost every player who is in raid with a hunter on marksmanship.

I can confirm this, it's the same problem that was with Frost Breath on DK.

Fixed (at least I hope so, I did the exact same fix as I did for Sindragosa's Fury)
