Bug description: trying to use marked shot at 40 yards consumes focus but does not shoot anything, not even visual shot is seen. Shooting from a closer range does make a shot.

combat log only shows auto shots and arcane shots, when starting the fight i had max focus and by trying to use the marked shot my focus is getting depleted yet it does not shoot it.
