Bug description: The arming time of all traps is close to 1.2 / 1.5 seconds instead of 1 second, exactly one second.
Proof:

- The arming time has been reduced to 1 second, from 2 seconds for all traps.
It has been discussed in over 2 topics in 2013, but no one did a thing.

- Here we can notice that the arming time isn't exactly 1 sec, but 1.14 sec.

- 16:24 -16:25 ( Look closer at the priest, he gets the trap instantly. ) Try this here and you'll notice that the trap is arming x2 times slower than in the video. This one is pretty crucial since players could escape easily from being trapped.

Now I'm thinking a similar problem might affect Monk's
Healing Spheres
and Priest's
Angelic Feathers
. These spells have 0 seconds "arming time" but what if they're also affected by this delay?
EDIT: Tested that as well using Angelic Feather. I placed the feather right under my character for immediate effect. Results:

The arming delay is already correctly set as seen on the object info page

The actual issue is the delay handling, currently it's in seconds not in milliseconds. If you place it at, let's say, 14:21:01.123 (second 1, ms 123), it will only arm after +1 full second, which means 14:21:03 (because it should actually be 14:21:02.123 but it rounds up to 14:21:03), thus resulting in a maximum possible delay of 1.99seconds
Anyways, fixed, accuracy is now @milliseconds
