Bug description: whenever you use Harpoon on a target and not get killed by the player, the Harpoon doesn't reset it's Cooldown, it should be not only killed by the player. it should be rested when target in combat of the player dies, not only last hitted by the hunter.

Even when the hunter's pet last hit the target, the Harpoon doesn't get reset.

and also when you kill a monster, which is lower level than you, and his level color appears as gray it doesn't reset also.
Proof: this is a proof that Hunter at Violet Hold, was attacking Orb, and some other orb died after he used his Harpoon and it got reseted,

and here is a proof that I killed a monster low level, and his level appears as gray, yet the Harpoon did not reset.

not sure how to prove that the pet last hit doesn't reset the Cooldown also.

Only killing units that yield experience or honor will reset the cooldown, it's the same as on retail. You can see the video.

Also, as of now, harpoon's cd will reset if you hit the target anywhere in the last 5 seconds before its death. I'll change this to "you or any of your pets hit the target in the last 5 seconds".
